Enerflex is committed to providing a safe work environment for all employees and expects employees to perform their duties safely and free from impairment when they report to work.
Enerflex has a comprehensive and responsible Drug and Alcohol Policy. It requires drug and alcohol testing after all near-misses, incidents that cause or have the potential to cause injury or harm to the environment, or that provide reasonable cause. Employees are not allowed to return to work until they produce a negative test. This policy also provides assessment and treatment for employees with substance abuse problems and the opportunity to continue as productive employees.
