J. Blair Goertzen
President and Chief Executive Officer


Mr. Goertzen provides leadership and direction to Enerflex’s five divisions worldwide.

Prior to joining Enerflex in 2003, Mr. Goertzen held general management and executive-level positions in Canadian based energy service companies for the past twenty years.



Steve Dropulich
Vice-President and Managing Director, AustralAsia


Mr. Dropulich is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Enerflex's business units in Australia, which provide specialised engineering, fabrication, construction, project management and service maintenance for both the oil & natural gas industry, and environmental air pollutant industries.

Previous to this appointment, Mr. Dropulich held the position of Group General Manager - Finance & Administration with Enerflex Australasia Holdings.  Mr. Dropulich joined Enerflex upon completion of the acquisition of HPS Group, where he held various roles for over 12 years.




Spencer Fried
Vice-President, Sales and Marketing


Mr. Fried is responsible for leading the Sales and Marketing organization of Enerflex working closely with the Regional and Product Line management groups to deliver the complete Enerflex Service capability around the world.  In addition, he assists in the evaluation of new technology and regional expansion initiatives that are complimentary to the current service capability of Enerflex.

Prior to joining Enerflex in early 2007, Spencer held various engineering, management and executive level positions in Canadian based energy service companies after spending the first 7 years of his career with a large Canadian based oil company.

D. James Harbilas, CA
Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Harbilas is responsible for overseeing and providing leadership in all financial affairs, reporting, and corporate governance. He is a key member of the leadership team and plays an important role in corporate strategy and financial performance.

Mr. Harbilas has held senior level positions in various financial capacities at SNC-Lavalin Group and AltaLink Management. Prior to joining Enerflex he held the position of Vice President Finance & Chief Financial Officer for FortisAlberta Inc. Mr. Harbilas earned his Bachelor of Commerce and graduate diploma in accounting from Concordia University and is also a Chartered Accountant and member of the Alberta Institute of Chartered Accountants, Order des Comptables Agrees due Quebec and the Financial Executive Institute.

Fons Miltenburg
Managing Director - Enerflex European Holdings bv


Mr. Miltenburg is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Enerflex’s business unit in Europe, which provides specialised engineering, fabrication, construction, project management and maintenance for both the CHP (combined heat and power) and oil and gas industry. With a focused strategy,  the operation provides full service and long term maintenance activities. Mr. Miltenburg is based in the Rijsenhout, the Netherlands.

Mr. Miltenburg started his career with Landré Ruhaak, a fully owned operation by Enerflex. He has held various positions with Landré Ruhaak, and has been responsible for service, sales and general management activities.


Bill Moore, B.Eng.
Senior Vice-President, Operations

Mr. Moore is responsible for overseeing and providing operational and strategic leadership for the Production Services and Compression and Power divisions, as well as the Landré Ruhaak business unit.

Prior to Mr. Moore’s appointment in June 2006, he held the position of Vice-President, Mechanical Service and prior to that he was the General Manager, Asia Pacific, working out of the Gas Drive Systems (GDS) office in Sydney, Australia. Mr. Moore spent five years with AGL, a large energy company in Australia before joining the Enerflex team.






Rachel Moore, B.A., Hons.
Vice-President, Human Resources and Privacy Officer

Ms. Moore is responsible for leading Enerflex's human resources activities. Working with the senior management team, Ms. Moore is responsible for all workplace programs for 2,500 employees within five divisions worldwide. In collaboration with the divisions, she designs and implements strategies relating to the attraction, retention and development of a highly skilled workforce focused on operational excellence. Ms. Moore is also responsible for the Company’s Training Centre, which offers all employees personal and professional development programs.

Prior to joining Enerflex in 2003, Ms. Moore worked in a variety of industries, developing and implementing human resources strategies in areas such as total compensation, organizational effectiveness, employee development, and change management.






Sidney G. Mose, CA
Vice-President, Business Development


Mr. Mose is responsible for the coordination of Enerflex’s business development activities, including joint-ventures, mergers and acquisitions. In addition he is involved with any significant business expansion programs being conducted by the various business units.  He works closely with the other members of the senior management team and with the business units in exploring the many areas of business development available to Enerflex.

Previous to this appointment, Mr. Mose held the position of Controller, Enerflex Service.  He is a Chartered Accountant and prior to joining Enerflex in 1991, he worked for KPMG Chartered Accountants for thirteen years.
