If faxing your credit card information please include:

A no-show or cancellation on the day of the class will result in forfeiting the registration fee. Substitutions are encouraged.
Cancellations made one week (five business days) in writing to Bernice Krautheim (by email bernice.krautheim@enerflex.com) prior to the course date will be charged a $150 processing fee and receive a refund for the balance.
Full refunds will be given if the cancellation is made at least two weeks in advance.
The Enerflex Technical Training Centre reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course. All registrants will be notified of the changes.
