Job Purpose:  Reporting to the Parts Manager in Grande Prairie, this position is responsible for the daily operations of a satellite Parts Department including purchasing and supplying of parts in a cost effective manner.

Role and Responsibility

•Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with existing customer base.
•Maintain proper stock order and inventory levels for the branch and all service trucks.
•Ensure branch paperwork is processed in a timely manner.
•Supply input regarding branch operations, local market conditions and budget plans.
•Provide On-Call support to customers and Service department.
•Assist with Service Coordinating duties when required.
•Other duties and projects as assigned.

Candidate Profile

•Journeyman Parts Certificate is an asset, will consider 2nd or 3rd year apprentice.
•Experience in the Natural Gas industry is strongly preferred.
•Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Must be able to work independently.
•Strong time management, organizational and planning skills; able to handle multiple conflicting priorities.
•Self motivated with sound problem-solving, analytical, and decision making skills.
•Proficient with MS Applications, Word and Excel.
•Valid driver’s license.
