Job Purpose: : Develop customer relationships by using the overall Enerflex sales strategy.

Role and Responsibility

•Develop sales relationships with existing key customers
•Must be able to prospect new customers for territory growth
•Enter weekly sales reports in Salesplace software
•Maintain and track customer equipment accurately throughout the territory
•Support the district sales team by establishing key goals and sales strategies. Execute sales strategies and provide feedback to the district
•Communicate with other sales representatives and internal personnel. Sharing ideas and team building through periodic meetings, phone and email
•Coordinate/Facilitate weekly meetings with local branch personnel
•Identify and support opportunities for cross-selling all Enerflex product lines including, Production Services, Compression Services, and Compression equipment in the designated territory region
•Other duties and projects as assigned

Candidate Profile

•Previous Oil & Gas experience, preferably in sales, is an asset. Post secondary education is an asset but not required. Willing to train the right sales oriented person.
•Possess strong time management and organizational skills; able to work independently with minimum supervision
•Self-starter and results oriented
•Computer literacy, including competency related to MS-Windows based applications
•Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of management and branch departments
•Analytical, prospecting, negotiating, and problem solving skills a definite asset
•Periodic overnight travel is required. Willingness to travel a significant amount of time away from the office.
