Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose: Provide Electrical field maintenance work.
Duties must be performed consistent with company mission and values and adherence to company policies and procedures. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Day-to-day maintenance work.
• Co-ordinate field projects, manpower, vehicles and equipment.
• Co-ordinate new hires, manpower allocation and crew transfers.
• Supervise electricians within the area.
• Review and process all paperwork (work tickets, purchase orders, etc.).
• Follow up on all tenders issued and inquiries received.
• Handle customer calls and respond to inquiries for the area.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and replace equipment as warranted or (required).
• Test and program VFD’s, trouble shoot ESP’s.
• Diagnose and repair control issues.
• Perform maintenance PM’s various types of equipment, ups systems.
• Weekend and evening coverage of call outs when on shift.
• Additional responsibilities and projects as required

Candidate Profile

• Journeyman Electrician with a strong maintenance background.
• Ability to read and interpret prints.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail including administrative processes (i.e. service orders, work tickets, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Valid drivers’ license.
