Role and Responsibilities

The Engine Rebuild Mechanic is responsible to handle the day-to-day shop maintenance services with specific emphasis on the overhaul and remanufacturing of Waukesha natural gas engines and components.  Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Providing mechanical services in a shop environment

• Providing appropriate direction and training to shop employees
• Comply with all company quality, and health and safety work procedures

Candidate Profile

Must have a valid Journeyman Mechanic or Millwright certificate

• Possess well rounded knowledge of natural gas engines and components
• Able to work independently, with little supervision
• Is self motivated and well organized
• Is a team player who is able to work closely and cooperatively with all departments
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with Waukesha and Cat engines would be an asset
