Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose: Duties must be performed consistent with company mission and values and adherence to company policies and procedures. 
• To review and inspect compressor packages prior to test run
• Verify assembly completion and confirm unit is safe to run
• Trouble shoot compressors and process systems
• The ability to perform start-up and function test of panels; set-up and align engine and compressors
• Work extended hours as required
• Perform equipment inspections, compile reports/recommendations
• Comprehension and compliance of all safety procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Journeyman Millwright/ Heavy Duty Mechanic
• Minimum 2 years experience in natural gas compressors packages
• Experience with Ariel, Dresser-Rand, White/Superior & Worthington compressors would be an asset
• Have excellent communication / organizational / people skills
• Will consider other trade qualifications if work experience meets requirements
