Each year Enerflex visits college and university campuses, technical and trade schools, and various high schools, seeking exceptional students who are looking for exciting careers with a global industry leader. 

Enerflex is always on the lookout for exceptional students and graduates of technical degree/certificate programs (mechanical engineering,  process engineering, information technology, instrumentation, engineering technology, drafting & design, etc.), other business disciplines (accounting, finance, business, human resources, marketing, and supply chain), and trades (millwright, welder, mechanic, plumber, electrician, steamfitter/pipefitter, etc.).
