(“Enerflex”) provides this program to allow for the confidential, anonymous submission of information on virtually any matter including suggestions, concerns or reports of misconduct, to the Audit Committee of the Company. The program is available for the use of any stakeholder of Enerflex.

The Audit Committee manages the Whistleblower Program in accordance with the Purpose, Policies & Procedures of the Enerflex Whistleblower Program and Enerflex’s Code of Business Conduct. Details on both these documents are posted on this website.
