Whistleblower Program Overview

Welcome to the Enerflex Systems Income Fund. The Whistleblower Program, which is independently managed by EthicsPoint, Inc, and is completely confidential.

Enerflex provides this program to allow for the confidential, anonymous submission of information on virtually any matter including suggestions, concerns or reports of misconduct, to the Audit Committee of the Fund. The program is available for the use of any stakeholder of Enerflex.

The Audit Committee manages the Whistleblower Program in accordance with the Purpose, Policies & Procedures of the Enerflex Whistleblower Program and Enerflex’s Code of Business Conduct. Details on both these documents are posted on this website.
