Over the past 10 years, Jiro has remained true to its mission - to find a better way to compress gas.

Jiro has a specialized team working to provide customers with innovative and cost-effective solutions to gas compression. Their expertise has resulted in the expansion of our product line to include a 220 HP single screw compressor package. We will be continuing to expand the single screw through our horsepower lineup.

Vilter's exclusive high pressure (535 psi MAWP) Single Screw Compressor design minimizes moving components, totally eliminating axial/radial forces and all metal-to-metal contact. As a result bearing life is optimized and downtime is minimized - lowering maintenance and energy costs. In addition, the single screw prototype compressor designed by Vilter exclusively for Jiro features an intergal gear box which allows the compressor to be more suitable for the engine driven screw compressor market.

This new model incorporates all of the experience that Jiro has gained over the years to build a package that makes sense with the features that customers demand. The result is an operator friendly unit that meets the reliability demanded by our customers.
