VCP puts the full responsibility and accountability for ensuring your compressor and other production equipment are continuously optimized in Enerflex’s hands. Enerflex will own, including buy back of existing equipment, monitor, maintain, and operate your equipment for a fee based on the throughput through the equipment. However, complete strategic control of these assets will remain in your hands. You will gain the full benefit of Enerflex’s 25+ years of experience and over 2,700 employees to ensure your equipment is optimized and operating is efficiently as possible freeing up your internal resources to focus on finding more oil and gas.
Enerflex can offer its customers the following:
- Buy back existing compression and wellhead facilities (lineheaters, dehydrators, separators) and small gas plants;
- Re-engineer/revamp these existing assets to ensure they are operating as efficiently as possible;
- As field conditions change, we have the equipment ready, either, through a stocking program or the Leasing fleet, to swap in and out and we have the technical resources to coordinate these activities;
- Provide mechanical, electrical and instrumentation services for all of the equipment, including preventative maintenance;
- Ability to operate this equipment on a daily basis and provide all reporting requirements; and
- Ability to continuously monitor this equipment, trend its performance, and detect and correct potential problems before they are catastrophic.
One unique aspect of our offering is that we will align ourselves with the producer whom we acquire the assets from. We realize our customers often want to own their assets so they maintain control over them and more importantly, the resource that is flowing through them. As such, we will leave strategic control of these assets in the hands of our customer. Enerflex will not actively try to find additional gas to come through these assets and if someone else does want to bring their gas to these facilities, it will be up to the producer to negotiate if and how this happens. As part of this initiative, we will be offering uptime and performance guarantees that provide for both penalties and incentives to ensure both Enerflex and the customer are always striving for the same thing; maximizing production and minimizing unit costs.
With our demonstrated expertise in compression, we have seen many instances where we could analyze, recommend and implement solutions to enhance our customer’s production and minimize their ongoing costs.
Our expertise includes:
- EFX Compression, Compression Services and Jiro all design and build top quality screw and reciprocating compression equipment covering the full horsepower range;
- Pamco Jiro Service provides in-depth mechanical service with the broadest geographic reach in western Canada and offer preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime;
- Syntech has the largest open shop electrical and instrumentation company in western Canada;
- Production Services has one of the largest and most diverse rental fleets of gas compression and process equipment available, including a fleet of large trailer mounted recips designed to be installed for short term applications, like a revamp or an overhaul, to keep production moving during periods of normal downtime;
- Compression Services has the proven ability to revamp existing equipment either in the field or in the shop;
- Power can provide stand alone power generation packages up to 10 MW in size;
- Total Enerflex provides contract operating services, ability to coordinate and supervise the installation and deinstallation of equipment, in-line liquid gas ratio testing and production, and EUB reporting;
- Syntech, through Globalview, now offers in-house remote monitoring capabilities to provide us and the customer with vital real time information relating to compressor performance; and;
- Compression Services, through HPMAX, now offers the ability to regularly analyze and optimize compressor performance to ensure maximum throughput with the greatest efficiency.
