Enerflex Systems Ltd. is collecting your personal information in order to assess your qualifications and suitability for employment with Enerflex or its affiliated companies. Your information will be reviewed and used by our Human Resources advisors, and may be reviewed and used by other Enerflex employees with hiring-related duties, including without limitation, placing employees and evaluating Enerflex’s application and hiring process. You may be contacted by Enerflex representatives in connection with those purposes and duties.
Enerflex will use your personal information throughout the evaluation and hiring process, including using the information to generate an offer letter if Enerflex chooses to offer you employment. Enerflex will also collect and use additional personal information provided by you in the course of the evaluation and hiring process, including information gathered in the interview process, provided by references and documented in an acceptance letter.
If you do not accept a position with Enerflex or its affiliates, Enerflex will retain your personal information for 6 months, in case another suitable opportunity opens up during that period. After 6 months, applications will be destroyed. Should you accept employment with Enerflex or its affiliated companies, your personal information will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with our internal privacy policy.
