| Corporate Governance Committee |
The Corporate Governance Committee is responsible for overseeing and assessing the functioning of the Board, its committees and individual Board members. The Committee oversees the development, implementation and assessment of effective corporate governance principles and guidelines. The Committee's responsibilities also include indentifying qualified candidates for director.
