Enerflex’s Board of Directors is made up of nine members; seven of whom are considered to be independent.  These nine members bring to Enerflex a variety of skills and experience that help the Company and our Board to realize their full potential.

Our Board of Directors is charged with the overall stewardship of the Company, and in order to ensure an accountable Board and Company, three Committees have been delegated various oversight responsibilities. 

The Board Committees are the Audit Committee, the Corporate Governance Committee and the Human Resources and Compensation Committee.  Each Committee is made up entirely of independent Board members, ensuring that the Committees operate independently of management.  The Committees meet regularly in order to discharge their responsibilities as necessary.

Our Board of Directors is the authoritative body trusted to oversee management and the strategic direction of the Company.
