Registered Apprentice Program (RAP)
This program gives high school students in Canada hands-on experience in our manufacturing shop, setting the foundation for a future in the trades. Many RAP students go on to secure full-time apprenticeships with us after graduation. Trades hiring RAP students include welding, electrical, pipefitting, and millwrighting.
