Proactive Programs: Building a Safer Workplace Together
Our Aware Card Program empowers employees to proactively report safety observations and initiate meaningful conversations about safe and unsafe conditions. With over 37,000 submissions in 2025, we’re continuing to deepen engagement and strengthen Enerflex’s culture of safety.
Stop Work Responsibility
At Enerflex, we recognize, respect, and support every employee’s right to a safe and healthy workplace – their right to know what hazards are present, their right to participate, and their right to stop work. Employees are encouraged to exercise their Responsibility to Stop Work no matter their position, seniority, or status when they observe an unsafe or potentially unsafe behavior or condition.
Millions of Kilometers, One Priority: Driver Safety
Our journey management policies, driver training, and vehicle maintenance set safety standards. Through advanced telematics, we proactively address speeding, harsh driving, and seatbelt use, reinforcing safe practices. This approach strengthens driver safety with targeted coaching and recognition programs while supporting compliance, cutting maintenance expenses, minimizing violations, and reducing incident risks.
