Assignment
Whether you’re in the office, in the field, or in one of our manufacturing facilities, you’re brought into real work early. You’ll be integrated into a team that’s already delivering, contributing to active projects and learning how things come together in practice.
Phase Two
Plotting Your Course
You’re supported by your team from the start. You’ll have access to mentorship both on the job and through dedicated programming. You’ll set development goals and work towards achieving them while continuing to gain hands-on experience.
Phase Three
Hit the Ground Running
As you build confidence, you take on more responsibility. You start to solve problems on your own, contribute more directly, and see where your strengths can take you.
Five Years, Ten Years, and Beyond
Your first year prepares you for more. Now, you build to last, as your skills deepen, opportunities open up, and your career takes shape over time.

Registered Apprentice Program (RAP)
We offer students hands-on experience in our manufacturing facilities through the RAP program. Many RAP students go on to secure full-time apprenticeships with us after graduation. Many RAP participants transition into full-time apprenticeships with us after graduation in trades such as welding, electrical, pipefitting, and millwrighting.
